These Terms of Service govern your use of qlips ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Organization owners and admins control membership and roles in their organization and are responsible for the people they invite.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you and your organization. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for content you upload, including images of people.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access other organizations' data or disrupt the Service.
• Review AI-generated content before publishing it; you are responsible for what you publish.

Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party platforms and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

Plans and billing

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
